Today as we Mark the 𝟔𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚, it my desire and expectation ,that the dreams of our founding Fathers and hero’s of our Nation will not be in vain. When our founding fathers got freedom from colonization, their desire is to build a Nigeria of equal opportunity, free of nepotism and segregation where Peace and Justice will reign.Contrary to these expectations, we are in a Nation where Hatred, Poverty, Hunger, Killings, Kidnapping and all other vices have dominated our mother land Nigeria. These vices we can do away with it if we: Believe in one Nigeria where Love and Peace is our watch word.Accept to live together in Unity, despite our Religion, Political affiliation, Ethnic Nationality etc Be our Brothers Keeper, Forgiving one another in Love and Sincerity. As Youths with different religion, believe, tradition and cultural backgrounds, I urge you all to continually unite ourselves despite our diversity. As we battle and confront insecurities bedeviling our beloved Country, I appeal to our Youth to shun all forms of social vices and embrace peace. We must do away with all manners of lawlessness that is capable of dragging Nigeria and our generation backward. It is time to move forward and the time is now. As Leaders of this Nation, let it be abundantly clear that the responsibility of piloting the ship of Nigeria is resting on our Shoulders and we must stand up to the Clarion call.May the Labour of our hero’s past not be in vain.𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝟔𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚.𝐀𝐦𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐤𝐮𝐛𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚-𝐈𝐠𝐛𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐤𝐮𝐛𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚 (𝐍𝐘𝐂𝐍);𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐍𝐘𝐂𝐍 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐬

Members of National Youth Council of Nigeria(NYCN) rebirth leadership led by Amb Sukubo Saraigbe Sukubo taking oat of allegiance/ office, after the consensus elective congress.
My resignation may come as a surprise to many, but there are always times when we have to make sacrifices and think beyond our personal ambitions or possessions in the overall interest of everyone. It is a decision that I am happy to make.
As may be recalled, my EXCO and I were elected in a congress supervised by the Federal Ministry for Youth & Sports Development in 2018. Controversies surrounding the leadership started the day I won my elections; which I did against all odds.
However, we stood against the treachery, betrayal, mischief and intimidation of many who then thought they can do as they want with the Organisation; those whose greed and smartness has done nothing but displaced them in the arena. We succeeded in undermining their conning imagination and we survived until we-on our own, decided that it is time to move on for peace that could not have come without our cooperation and a necessary reform which is long over due to pave a smoother way for our younger once.
At this juncture, I would like to specially thank my brother and leader, Comrade Lamir Amin, who was the first person to put me on this path, all the comrades who have struggled with me in Gombe, the likes of Comrade Tj, Biggie, Bawan Allah, Gorau etc, and senior Comrades who have come from others states like Hon Murtala Jega, Kabir Ado Lakwaya, Adamu Bauchi, Yusuf Tom, Abubakar Barde, Comr Muregi,Yemi Success, my Snr Advisor Chief Nengi James and many others, the loyal Chairmen especially Comr Umar Lauya of Bauchi and indeed many of you who have supported me here on Facebook as led by Mukhtar Getso and Abdullahi Salisu. I shall always be grateful for your support.
The credit for our survival must be given to Allah (SWA) who in His infinite wisdom has created the “Advanced Team” aka integrity team who have stood with me even when I have no kobo to give them and shunned every attempt to lure them into any form of corruption. They have been true to me and the struggle, and I’ll always be proud to associate with them. Our struggle was true, and to verify, you can do this simple maths; we fought against all negative elements within us, both APC and PDP, and the Government itself.
Members of the Advanced Team are as follows: Hon. Lukman Majidadi (VP NorthWest, Sele Sean Pwajok (VP North Central), Suhail Abubakar (VP North East), Agwuncha Izunna(Org Sec South East), Muhammed Yerima ( Org Sec North Central),Clinton Avwoke (Org Sec South South), Adamu Yunusa (Org Sec North East), Mukhtar Jebba (Org Sec HQ), Melah Ibrahim (Chief of Staff) and Alex Okwudili (CSO). One other person I’ll always hold with special regards and utmost respect is Kingsley Mbanuchuka(VP South South)
I am faithful, that Allah have something better in store for us, after serving diligently and honorably for almost two years. The Youth Council may be over for us, but the advanced team is a family which is just getting started.
Aluta Continua, Victoria Ascerta!

Gabarin started to discharge his constitutional duties diligently cutting across youth engagement, community development projects such as tree planting, and advocacies in other youth related matters. His last program was awareness campaign tagged "Say no to drugs and Rape" during the 2019 international youth day.
